She was.handling very precious items of my little boy and she took such care with it. She kept me.in the loop and covered all my concerns with transit etc. I would highly recommend Forget Me Not Memories. I don't often give 5 star ratings, but wow! What a service! From the very first message to receiving our beautiful wedding resin momento. I was given a few options to choose from. Of different lay outs and was given the time to make changes. We absolutely love the service we got! This will not be the last time we use them.

I ordered a cremation necklace containing my grandmother's ashes, as a gift for my mom over Christmas. I'm sure they were swamped with orders during that time of year but I had such a lovely time talking with Leanne. She kept me up to date with my order and sent me the most heartfelt and comforting messages. This was a completely new and foreign experience for me and I wanted to make sure everything goes perfectly and Leanne went above and beyond I can't recommend this place enough.

We received amazing service and care from Leanne! We were messed around by a previous service provider who had our wedding flowers for 11 months with no updates and then advised they are moving and handed our flowers back to us. We contacted Leanne and she really stepped up and helped us save the memories from our wedding day. Our flowers had yellowed and were all flattened and she colour corrected them and made a beautiful resin piece with them in just a few short weeks. The communication was fantastic and we love the final products received. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to turn special memories into artworks.
