Well not anymore, we are here to preserve them to last as long as the memory associated to them. Wedding flowers, that special rose from your valentine, any flowers that has special meaning to you, we will take and preserve them so that you can keep them forever in bloom.

• This geometric cylinder with your memories preserved within it, a sentimental keepsake to hold onto your most special memories in life.

• Anything you hold close to your heart can be encapsulated into your preservation, feel free to ask us should you have any questions.

• It is very important that we get these flowers as soon and as fresh as possible to make the magic happen.
• Once you have placed your booking fee and secured your date for when we will receive your flowers, you will receive the flower care instruction package the Monday before the event.
• Preserving flowers is the most important part of our process and so it can take longer than normal to get the product completed, but we promise you wont be disappointed.
• Some bruising on the flower petals are unavoidable and we think it adds some character. To eliminate the chances of of bruising, handle them gently, you will not see the bruising until they are layered in resin.
• Colour correction can be added to your order at an additional fee to ensure you have the rich colours of your original flowers with no bruising marks.

• The quality and standard of resin that we use has UV protection, however we always encourage that you keep/display your keepsake out of direct sunlight. Overtime resin does begin to slowly yellow. The quality of resin we choose to use is of high grade and keeps the resin from yellowing as quickly as others.

• Resin is a form of art and the material can also be very unpredictable at times, while we do our best to provide you the product and quality you expect it is important to note that no two products will be the same, just as no two relationships are the same. It hold it’s own special uniqueness.

• Orders can take 10-12 weeks to complete depending on complexity and size.
• Shipping, we use ‘The Courier Guy’ as our trusted delivery. We will send you all the packaging/ shipping instructions beforehand.

  We opt for over night courier for nationwide delivery and same day courier for local delivery, so that we can minimise on any potential issues.

  Door-To-Door Courier anywhere in SA, the shipping fees include both collecting your flowers/items and as well as returning your items back home to you.

  You are more than welcome to drop off your flowers at our offices or arrange your own courier.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

When we send for a courier to collect your fowers (nationwide). If you are in a regional area or on a special route, this can delay the overnight shipments and so it is important that we establish these timelines beforehand to avoid any disappointment.
