- Our resin items are UV protected, but we recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as the sun can affect colour and clarity over time.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving resin pieces in hot environments.
- Do not put your resin piece in a dishwasher or microwave.
- Avoid sharp objects, as scratches cannot be polished out.
- Avoid alcohol based products, harsh chemicals, solvents, and cleaning agents.
- Clean gently with a microfiber cloth and warm soapy water if needed.
- If pieces are left in direct sunlight, heat can cause yellowing or burning.
🌼 Pressed Products
- Your flowers have been carefully pressed and secured to preserve their beauty. However, like all natural materials, flowers may fade if exposed to direct sunlight.
- Display your piece in a cool, dry space away from harsh sunlight for a prolonged lifespan.
- If your frame was upgraded to art glass, it provides:
- No reflections, ensuring a clear view of your flowers.
- UV-stabilising properties to help protect prolonging against fading.
- Because flowers are secured inside frames, they cannot be re-opened without causing damage.
- Frames may collect dust over time; simply dust or lightly clean your product as you would with glass décor.
- Just like a photograph, flowers will still naturally fade over time behind the glass.

Sterling Silver
- Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight pouch or box to reduce tarnishing.
- Use a silver polishing cloth to gently clean tarnish if it develops.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hair products, and household chemicals, as these may accelerate tarnishing.
- Remove jewellery before exercising, swimming, or showering, as moisture and chlorine can damage silver.
- Avoid scratching the resin by storing your jewellery separately from other pieces.
- Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth—avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not wear your resin jewellery while swimming, showering, or bathing, as prolonged water exposure can damage both the resin and the silver components.
🌸 Stitched Products
- These products are meant for display purposes only and are not designed as toys.
- Do not machine wash or soak. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth if needed.
- Bears are securely stitched with care. If something comes loose through normal display use, we will happily repair it (if possible).
- All bears that are weighted contain small parts that pose a choking hazard and injury risk. Please keep away from babies, children, and pets. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may be caused.
- If the bear gets wet, please hang it in direct sunlight immediately. Weighted filling may not fully dry and could mold over time.
