The Process:
Step 1:
We want to hear your story and journey, whether it’s been tough or filled with magic. Our founder, who is currently pregnant, truly understands the significance of motherhood, and we’re here to support and celebrate with you.

Step 2:
We’ll discuss the product you desire and any specific requirements you have for it.

Step 3:
We’ll send you an invoice and schedule your drop-off, or we can arrange a courier to collect your items. We offer same-day or overnight courier services to ensure that everything reaches us quickly and without delays.

What we need from you:
Approx. 50ml of breastmilk
A neatly packed strand of hair and any other items you want preserved.
Please freeze your breastmilk in a bag or cup that you use for storage to ensure it remains fresh and secure during transport.
Ensure the milk is as fresh as possible, or frozen, and delivered to us quickly.
For hair, please send a neatly packed bundle by tying a small ribbon around the center to keep it organized and prevent tangling. Shorter hair, hair from a brush, or unclean hair can be trickier, but don’t worry! If this is your situation, simply contact us so we can guide you on the best approach.
If any of these items are deeply sentimental to you, please let us know and make sure to keep backups of anything that is irreplaceable.

📦Shipping is charged on a two-way delivery fee, which includes both the collection and return delivery of your flowers.
The delivery of your final order is shipped without shipping insurance as these types of items can not be insured with The Courier Guy. We take the outmost care packing your orders, but the risk falls on the client when using the courier services.
