We’ll discuss your vision in detail, ensuring we understand all the requirements for your piece.

Step 3:
Once we’ve finalized the details, we’ll send you an invoice and schedule a time for you to drop off your loved one’s cremated ashes, or we’ll arrange for our courier to collect them. We offer same-day or overnight delivery to ensure there are no delays in receiving your precious contents.

Step 4:
Would you like to be involved in creating your piece? We understand how difficult it can be to part with such precious remains, and we want to offer you the opportunity to participate in the creation of your piece. You are welcome to visit our healing space to work alongside us, giving you peace of mind and a chance to be part of the healing process. If you’d prefer not to, we will treat your loved one’s ashes with the utmost care, creating the piece with the empathy and love that we are known for.

The delivery of your final order is shipped without shipping insurance as these types of items can not be insured with The Courier Guy. We take the outmost care packing your orders, but the risk falls on the client when using the courier services.
