The Process

Step 1: Secure Your Date & Choose Your Pieces To reserve your preservation date, a R600 booking fee is required.

Non-Refundable: This R600 booking fee is strictly non-refundable, as it secures your specific date on our calendar and allows us to prepare the specialized materials for your blooms.

Select All Products: Please select all the products you would like (frames, resin blocks, jewelry, etc.) and add them to your cart now. This ensures we reserve enough preservation capacity for your entire order.

Minimum Order: We have a minimum order value of R1000 (excluding shipping) to book a preservation.

What you pay today: At checkout, you will only pay the R600 booking fee plus the two-way courier fee. The R600 is a deposit and will be deducted from your total.

Step 2: Care & Packaging
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you detailed care and packaging instructions. This guide ensures your flowers arrive at our studio in the best possible condition.

Step 3: Preservation
After receiving your flowers, they begin an extensive drying and preservation process. We will stay in touch during this time to confirm the final design requirements for the pieces you selected in Step 1.

Step 4: Balance Invoice
After the drying process, we will send you a final invoice for the balance of your selected products. Your non-refundable R600 booking fee and the shipping you’ve already paid will be clearly deducted from the total. Once your balance payment is received, production begins.

Step 5: Layout Approval
For larger resin pieces, you’ll receive layout images of your flowers for approval before we start the pouring process. This ensures you are happy with the artistic direction!

Step 6: Sanding & Polishing
Once your order has fully cured, it undergoes professional sanding and polishing to give it a crystal-clear, smooth finish.

Step 7: Delivery
We lovingly clean, photograph, and package your preserved memories for their journey home. You will receive email updates at every stage!

Timeline
Orders typically take up to 20 weeks to complete from the time we receive your flowers.

Delays in balance payments or design approvals may extend this timeline.

Important Notes

Custom Creations: We use 3D printers and CNC machines to create custom shapes. If you have a unique vision, let us know!

Resin Care: Keep your piece out of direct sunlight to maintain the vibrant colors of your blooms over time.

Shipping & Risk: Shipping is a two-way fee (Collection + Return). Note that resin art cannot be insured via The Courier Guy; while we pack with the utmost care, transit risk lies with the client.
