STEP ONE
Book Your Date
To begin your preservation journey, simply book your spot by adding your items to your cart and checking out. You will then get the calendar to book your date. Your “Booking Date” is the day your items are expected to arrive at our studio. We highly recommend booking as soon as your event date is set to ensure a seamless experience.
Why it is essential to book in advance:
Guaranteed Availability: Our studio space is limited to ensure each piece gets the time it deserves. Booking early means you don’t risk your date being fully booked.
Avoid Late Fees: Planning ahead saves you money! Last-minute bookings for flower preservation require urgent logistical shifts, which will incur a late fee to squeeze you in.
Price Protection: Once your deposit is paid, your order is locked in at the current rate. You won’t be affected by any future price increases.
Resource Preparation: Every preservation is unique. Securing your slot allows us to prepare the specific materials and resources needed for your items. Without this lead time, we may not be able to accept your order.
STEP TWO
Send Your Items
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a comprehensive, detailed guide on how to safely package and protect your precious items for transit.
The Packaging & Design Guide Our step-by-step document ensures your items reach us in the best possible condition. Please pay special attention to the final page of this document; it contains essential design questions regarding your vision for the piece. These must be completed, printed, and included inside your package so we can begin your project without delay.
Your Shipping Options We offer three flexible ways to get your items to our studio:
We Arrange It for You: For total peace of mind, we can handle the logistics. This is a set-price service that includes both the collection of your items and the final delivery of your finished heirloom back to you.
You Arrange Shipping: If you prefer a more budget-friendly alternative, you are welcome to arrange your own courier. Once booked, simply send us the tracking details so we can monitor its arrival.
Personal Drop-Off: If you are local, you may drop your items off at our studio. However, to ensure we are available to receive them, an appointment must be booked in advance. Please note that we cannot accommodate unscheduled or “random” drop-offs.
STEP THREE
Design Your Order
Every memory is unique, and our preservation methods are tailored to the specific nature of your sentimental items. Once your items are safely in our studio, they enter their dedicated creative journey:
Flower Preservation
Your flowers first undergo an extensive professional drying process to preserve their color and form. Once dried, we create a custom layout design.
Note: We send digital design approvals for all large-scale items to ensure you love the arrangement before we begin the meticulous resin-pouring stage.
Breast Milk Keepsakes
To ensure your keepsake remains beautiful forever, your breast milk goes through a specialized preservation process. We carefully remove the proteins and moisture until it is transformed into a fine powder, which is then delicately integrated into your selected product.
Clothing Keepsakes
Each item of clothing is handled with the utmost care. We set up and design the layout according to your selected pattern and instructions. Only once the design is perfectly aligned do we move into the final stages of professional stitching and stuffing to bring your keepsake to life.
Memorial Keepsakes
We understand the profound weight of handling memorial ashes. Once your selected product is created, we intentionally and respectfully set the ashes into the piece. This process is done with high intention, ensuring a beautiful, dignified final tribute.
- Note: You will be updated through the whole process via email as you enter every stage.
STEP FOUR
Deliver Your Items
The final stage of the journey is the safe return of your memories. Once your heirloom has passed our final quality check and is polished to perfection, it is prepared for its journey home with the same care used to create it.
Securely Packaged Every order is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Your items will be handled according to the method pre-selected during your booking:
If We Arrange Courier: Once your order is ready, we will reach out to confirm your delivery address. As soon as you have confirmed the details, we will dispatch your package and send you a Waybill so you can track your memories every step of the way.
If You Arrange Courier: Once your order is marked as Completed on our system, you may book your courier for collection. Please share the collection details and digital waybill with us so we can have the package ready for the driver.
Studio Collection: If you chose to collect your order personally, we will notify you as soon as it is ready. To ensure we are available to meet you, you must book a collection time slot through our online calendar. We cannot accommodate unscheduled or “pop-in” collections.
